If you are not getting the results you want, stop for a minute. Here’s why. I was speaking with an entrepreneur a few days ago, and he was complaining that he didn’t have enough leads.
His price point is $2,000. He gets about 20 leads a week and closes two of them on average.
His solution to the problem is to get more leads, which is fine, but my suggestion, to begin with, is to figure out how to improve conversion. If he can close four leads instead of two, he just doubled his income without spending more.
Sometimes you need to take a step back and ask yourself if you are digging in the right place or whether you should be digging at all.
Do you need better marketing, or do you need a better strategy?
